What We Love About Our Home

Our home has been a source of comfort and joy for many years. Some of the features we appreciate most include the new main heater with central heating, ensuring warmth throughout the colder months. The new water heater provides quick pressure, and the water bill is conveniently included in the park space rent. We've also upgraded the windows and seals, improving energy efficiency and reducing noise. There is a fairly spacious outdoor shed that has extra parts for the home including filter pads for the top Swamp cooler and more .

With the home being in a all ages community and allowing pets within reason , this is great place to start or raise a family . Although we have plenty of neighbors who are retired or just have multiple roommates as well , there are plenty of families and we have a great school district . 

For "open house" questions 

For anyone wanting to get a better look at our home , we ask that a background check and credit check be completed before any in person tours , but are fine with answering any questions or sharing view of the building and space . we are still in the middle of finishing the renovation and that does show in the price . As we finish major portions of the project we will be asking a relevant price difference but would like for someone who wants to finish the job themselves or just live in the unit as is . We have the glass's for the lights and many more parts for the home that could be used as we choose the light covers we do for light sensitivity . As questions come up we will try to answer them both privately and cover the topic publicly to hopefully help everyone have a easier choice for them with the purchase of our lucky home in Nevada .
